M&E Engineer/ Assistant Engineer
- PR and Singaporean only
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering
- Plan, design and administer contract/ project of M&E engineering works for building services
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently, self-motivated & resourceful
- Preferably with minimum of 1 - 3 years working experience in M&E Consultant firm
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
M&E Designer
- PR and Singaporean only
- Fresh ITE graduates or 1 year of experience
- Min. Higher Nitec in Facility Systems Design/ Process Plant Design
- A positive working attitude
- Competence in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of using Microstation is an advantage
- Flexi hours may be arranged
- Design and Cad Drafting of the following systems
Air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems
Electrical installations and control systems
Fire protections and fighting systems
Plumbing and sanitary services
Project Engineer (6~8 months Contract)
- PR and Singaporean only
- Manage minor addition and alteration project within the manufacturing plant located near Chin Bee Drive
- Efficient project management which include project scheduling, lead and co-ordinate project team, subcontractors and suppliers
- Responsible for site coordination and to make accurate, decisive and prompt decisions relating to work matters
- Feedback to management on site problems for corrective actions to be taken
- Oversee the work of the sub-contractors to ensure that safety and health requirements are complied. Good knowledge in M&E system
- Relevant equivalent engineering certification from recognised institutions
- Minimum 2 years Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in LOCAL Building Construction Services
- Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, strong analytical ability, hardworking and able to work as a team
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines
- 5-day work week; 9~6pm day; able to work during weekends
